Consumer Information & Rights

Health Care Records
Clients may request access to their health care records by submitting a written request to Oaks Counseling via email or through the secure client portal. Requests should include identifying information and a description of the records requested. Records will be provided within legally permitted timeframes.

Licensing & Consumer Rights
Information regarding professional standards, licensure, and consumer rights for behavioral health services in Texas is available through the
Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council.

Consumer Complaints
Consumers may file a complaint through the
Texas Office of the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division.
